In our fast-paced, always-on world, stress seems unavoidable. Yet the secret to true resilience isn’t pushing harder—it’s learning to be still and connect deeply with God. Jesus modeled this perfectly, showing us that solitude and prayer are non-negotiable for handling life’s pressures. Jesus’ Habit of Solitude and Prayer πŸ•Š️ Mark 1:35 (ESV) says: “And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed.” Even amid growing crowds and demands, Jesus prioritized time alone with the Father. He didn’t wait for a convenient moment—He made it happen very early , before the day pulled Him away. Similarly, Luke 5:15-16 (ESV) tells us: “But now even more the report about him went abroad, and great crowds gathered to hear him and to be healed of their infirmities.
