We Must Choose to Accept God’s Grace ✝️π
The free gift of eternal life is waiting—will you open it today?
The Reality of Sin and the Gift of Grace π₯
We all know the heavy weight of sin. The Bible is clear:
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23 ESV)
Sin pays wages—and those wages are death. But God doesn’t leave us there. He offers a free gift: eternal life through Jesus Christ. This isn’t something we earn. It’s not based on our good works, church attendance, or how “religious” we try to be. It is pure, unmerited grace.
In faith, we celebrate this grace as the transforming power of the Holy Spirit that doesn’t just save us but fills us, empowers us, and sets us free to live victoriously!
Grace is the gift that keeps on giving—it grows sweeter every day as you walk with Jesus. The more you experience His love, the more you fall in love with Him.
What Heaven Will Be Like ππ
One day, every believer will step into the presence of God. Heaven isn’t just “floating on clouds.” It’s a real, joyful, eternal reality filled with:
- Reunion with loved ones who knew the Lord
- Rewards for your faithful service on earth
- Reassignment to meaningful work you’ll love doing
- Release from all pain, depression, despair, shame, and guilt
- Rejoicing and celebrating with the saints for all eternity!
What an incredible promise! The best truly is yet to come for those who belong to Jesus.
“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:4 ESV)
The Catch: You Must Accept the Gift π❗
Imagine walking into your home and seeing a beautifully wrapped gift sitting on the table—but you leave it there unopened for months or even years. That would be foolish!
A gift has no value until it is received.
God’s grace works the same way. Jesus has already paid the price on the cross. The gift is available right now. But you must choose to accept it.
Many people hesitate because of past rejection. Maybe a parent abandoned you. Maybe a spouse walked out with cruel words that still echo in your mind. Maybe friends, classmates, or a boyfriend/girlfriend rejected you and left deep wounds.
But hear this truth today:
“All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out.” (John 6:37 ESV)
Jesus will never reject you. He is calling you home right now: “Come to Me.”
Breaking Free from Shame Through Grace π➡️π️
Are you secretly carrying shame from your past? Do guilt and regret weigh you down?
The good news of the Gospel is that Jesus took your shame on the cross. When you accept His grace:
- Your sins are forgiven and forgotten
- The Holy Spirit comes to live inside you
- You receive power to live a new, holy life
“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1 ESV)
The more you understand God’s amazing grace, the more you will fall deeply in love with Jesus. It becomes almost impossible not to love Someone who loves you this much!
Bold truth: Grace doesn’t just cover your sin—it transforms your life from the inside out through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Will You Accept God’s Grace Today? π
Friend, the gift is on the table. Jesus is knocking at the door of your heart.
Don’t leave eternal life unopened. Don’t let past rejection keep you from the One who will never reject you.
Today is the day of salvation.
If you’ve never accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, or if you’ve drifted away and need to come back home, now is the moment.
A Prayer to Accept God’s Grace
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for Your amazing grace. I recognize that the wages of my sin is death, but You offer me the free gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Lord Jesus, I come to You just as I am. I admit I am a sinner in need of Your forgiveness. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose again victorious. I choose today to accept Your gift of grace.
Come into my heart, be my Lord and Savior, and fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Wash away my shame, heal my rejection, and give me a new life in You.
I surrender everything to You. Help me walk daily in Your grace and power.
In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen! π
If you prayed that prayer, welcome to the family of God! π The angels in heaven are rejoicing right now (Luke 15:10 ESV). Connect with a Bible-believing, Spirit-filled church where you can grow in faith, be baptized, and experience the fullness of the Holy Spirit.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2:8 ESV)
